Personal Data Policy

1. General provisions

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and sets out how personal data is processed and protected.

2. What data we process

Name, phone number, e-mail address, date and time of the visit, number of guests and any requests you include in a booking request.

Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device information, in anonymised form.

3. Purposes of processing

Handling table and event booking requests and contacting you about them, performing the catering services contract, improving the website.

4. Legal grounds

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6 of 152-FZ), conclusion and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and the requirements of Russian law.

5. Processing procedure and retention

The Operator processes data with and without automation: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use and deletion. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.

Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing or the law require and is then destroyed. It is shared with third parties only where required by law or with your consent.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed, withdraw your consent, and appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.
